The Karen Teacher Training College (KTTC) in Northern Karen State successfully held its graduation ceremony for the 2025–2026 academic year on April 10, 2026. The event marked an important milestone for graduating teachers who are preparing to serve education in their communities.

The ceremony officially began with an opening address by the Chairperson, who welcomed guests, graduates, and educators. Following the opening, encouraging remarks were delivered by the Education Officers from Mu Traw, Kler Lwe Htoo, and Hpa-an Districts. They congratulated the graduates on their achievements and emphasized the importance of teachers in strengthening community education.

During the ceremony, graduation certificates were awarded to all graduates. In addition, the Karen Education and Culture Department (KECD) presented certificates to diploma holders who had successfully completed a three-year teaching internship in community schools after graduating from KTTC. This recognition highlights their dedication and practical teaching experience in local schools.

This academic year, a total of 62 students graduated, consisting of 15 males and 47 females. The ceremony also formally recognized 24 diploma holders for their successful completion of the program and internship requirements.

The graduation program concluded with closing remarks by the Chairperson, followed by the singing of the Karen National Song. The event ended with a strong sense of pride, unity, and commitment to advancing education in Northern Karen State.
