23 Summer Vacation Teacher Training Workshops are being implemented across Eastern and Northern Burma by the Eastern Burma Community Schooling (EBCS) project’s partners. During April and May, KTWG’s EBCS staff are visiting as many of these workshops as possible. Most recently, they joined one of ten Shan workshops in Sen Wi village in Northern Shan State. Shan workshops are being organised by the Rural Development Foundation for Shan State. Today, they returned to Lashio and immediately left for Warn Li in Southern Shan State to visit another workshop. The final summer vacation workshop will be completed on May 22nd in Southern Mon State.
